Cheese – It’s one of the healthiest snacks for your child’s teeth. It is an excellent source of calcium and vitamin D.  Cutting the cheese into fun shapes will help your child enjoy this snack just as much their teeth will!
Apples – This fruit is known for its excellent health benefits, as it is jam packed with vitamins and nutrients. If your child is bored of the plain apple, why don’t you try adding peanut butter?
