Get The Right Amount of Fluoride
Fluoride can strength tooth enamel and prevent decay. When it comes to fluoride, the expression “too much of a good thing” definitely applies. Too much fluoride can actually cause white spots on teeth. To be on the safe side, young children should use a tiny dab of fluoride toothpaste.
Brush Twice A Day

Floss Once A Day
Remember to floss once a day. Flossing covers those areas that a toothbrush simply cannot reach.

Chew Sugar-Free Gum After Meals
You might think that gum is bad for your oral health. If you were talking about regular gum, you would be correct. However, chewing a piece of sugar-free gum after a meal keeps the bacteria in your mouth at bay.
